At this time there are several interesting activities all taking place.  These three activities are flexible, informal and provide excellent opportunities to meet with others and network with our exhibitors.

Exhibitor Reception

This is a dedciated time to spend getting to know the exhibitors.  More details about this event is coming.

Poster Session

During the conference there will be poster presentations in the lobby near the registration desk.  During this timeslot, poster authors will be on-hand to answer questions and share more details about their work.

Birds of a Feather (BOF)

There will be conference rooms available for people to hold Breakout Sessions (aka Birds-of-a-Feather) during this time.  Breakout Sessions sessions are unstructured timeslots where people can self-organize themselves to discuss topics of interest.   Head to the BoF wiki page to reserve your room or sign up.
